With a Daybase membership, you’ll have an all-access pass to a network of on-demand workspots. You can visit your local Daybase anytime, and you can also stop by any of our locations coming soon all over the country. Additionally, your Daybase membership will give you discounts on Credits that can be used to book more private workspots, like desks or conference rooms. It’s quick and easy to sign up for Daybase. Head to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the Daybase app. From there simply follow the steps on the screen to create your account and book your first workspot.

With the app, you can access any Daybase workspot with just a few taps. View our entire network and book any Daylounge reservation on demand. Just hit the big green ‘Book Now’ button in the app and get ready to own your workday.

The Daybase app gives you access to every single Daybase location. Once you create an account, you can see all our locations, workspots, pricing, and even upgrade to a Daybase membership.

There are two ways to get access to a Daybase location. The first is with a Daybase membership, which gives you unlimited access to the Daylounge and discounted workspot bookings. The second is by booking workspots à la carte on the Daybase app.

In order to book a workspot at Daybase, you’ll need to download the Daybase app. Once you are in the app hit the big green “Book Now” button and follow the prompts to find the perfect workspot for you.

Every Daybase membership comes with unlimited access to the Daylounge (no reservations needed). When you get to your local Daybase, check in using your Daylounge Access Pass on our app.

All reservations can be canceled and your credits will be refunded (if applicable) up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation. We have this cancelation policy to make sure all of our members can get access to the workspots they need to own their day.

You can print at any of our Daybase locations. It’s included in your membership or à la carte reservation. Simply email the document to the Base Team on-site and they will print it for you. If you have something sensitive in nature that you need printed, ask your Base Team for a USB drive to transfer the documents and they will help you print them privately.

The wifi at Daybase is blazing fast and very reliable. When you get to your local Daybase just ask a member of the Base team for the network password.

The Daylounge and our individual bookable workspots – such as workstations and focus rooms – do not include passes for your guests. If you are booking a group workspot – such as an open huddle or meeting room – you will have however many guest passes that the workspot can accommodate.

Daybase has all of the amenities you need from an office without the commute. Think reliable WiFi, printing, coffee, office supplies, and a dedicated Base Team to help you with all your needs.
